Man, been awhile since I messed with dolphin and currently have an HD7 (I know, I miss android sooooo much!)
Anyways, I would try opening the bookmarks tab, then press the menu button and see what options that gives you? Android has two actions to bring up extra options, the long press, and then the menu. If neither of those brings it up while on the bookmark tab, not sure off the top of my head.
I would probably try a quick google search at that point. I know dolphin has a very strong online support community, and IIRC they have very good FAQs and how to's on their website.
