I have a Motorola Blur with T-mobile does anyone know if this device will get the Android Update? Currently I have 1.6...thanks !

It depends on what phone you're talking about - the Blur is not a phone... if you mean the CLIQ, it has Android 1.5 right now, and was supposed to get 2.1 by the end of this quarter (June 30). It doesn't look like that will happen at this point, so we're probably looking at mid-july.
