I have a Nexus One (unlocked) and would like better coverage.

Verizon works well in my area. Do they offer
a SIM card only option I can put in my phone?

Thanks!

It sounds like you have a GSM phone. Verizon's 3G network is CDMA, and therefore completely incompatible. CDMA phones don't even have SIM cards.

Verizon's LTE phones do have SIM cards, but the Nexus One isn't LTE, so it's also not compatible. And Verizon uses a frequency band for LTE that no one else uses.

So basically, you can only use Verizon phones with Verizon. No unlocked phones.
