I use ADW on my DINC, its running cyanogen, and on my DX I use golauncher.

Either ADW or Launcher Pro, both have their ups and downs, both are more customizable than anyone ever will or could figure out.

yah.. i agree.. go launcher is the best bc of go widgets and go apps that you can also download to personalize your screen..
