No, that's called being a business. They offer a service you want. You pay for said service, or do it yourself.
That's the way the world functions. It's got nothing to do with other carriers.
They did not lie to you. It DOES have GPS, just not the GPS you want. So sad, too bad.
Besides, if you return within your 30 days, your contract FOR THAT PHONE is revoked. If you were under contract prior to that, then you revert back to your initial contract.
If it's such a big deal to you, go actually spend the money and buy a real, actual GPS system. No cell phone currently is capable of handling a real GPS system as of yet. All the ones that are offered are gimpy on cell phones.
Remember, it's a cellphone first, everything else is a second.
