simple answer? they mislead me. I am within my 30 days and can take it back. The thing is, they won't let me out of my contract. I presumed...I know it's probably wrong to do this, that when they said GPS, they meant it the way the rest of the industry does.

It works that way with Sprint, AT&T, and Tmobile, you'd think that it would be the same with Verizon...and little white lies like this aren't so little. It's unacceptable.
