is this while your syncing? do you have a mac? and where are you downloading it from. because i had the same problem while syncing my mogul for 6.1.... i had to make sure i had a great connection and not move the usb not even a millimeter. after a couple tries it worked great thing is when ever i do even a hard reset the 6.1 is STILL there
