i've owned both those devices before, the jam was my first windows mobile device and is a good looking device. the qtek 9100 (wizard) was my second and the added keyboard helps out a lot! i'm a heave texter so its a necessity for me now.
the slow processor of the qtek is a downfall but theres an app to overclock it. i had mine overclocked to 410 if i remember correctly, also there are windows mobile 6 roms floating around for the qtek...
i'd say go for the qtek.
