I've been using a Centro for about the last 7 months, and I love it. Haven't had anyproblems with it that weren't user errors, or a simple setting. Plus you get access to loads of programs, many of which are free and you can find many websites from which to get software that will do just about anything you need. Blackberries are nice, but one thing, trackball malfunction. I've seen many of them with worn out trackballs. Go with a touchscreen phone, Windows phones have slow response, Palm's are great.
One other note: Read the manual, and synch it to your computer. You will understand how to use the device once you read, and you wont have to worry about lost data if something happens to the device. (Words of Experience)
