can't play video clips

I have short video clips that I active sync to my device, but they can't play there. Do I use Windows Media 9 series to alter something? if yes. HOW? 😉

i had this same problem. Make sure that the clip is the right format. the ones supported by the phone are:asf,asx, wm, wma, wmv, wmx, wvx.

You may wish to download the free software PocketTV to play your multimedia clips. When I had the Siemens SX56 on AT&T Wireless service, I used it for just about all my multimedia clips and found it to have more features than the default Windows Media Player.
