Has anyone used the Jabra FreeSpeak 250 with the MPX220?

Are the Motorola Motorola HS850 or HS820 better choices?

Getting a motorola earpiece would be the easiest, since it will use the same charger. You can even purchase a Y adaptor from motorola.com to charge both at once from the same plug. I use the HS810, and I love it. The HS820 is older, and a little bulkier, and while the HS801 is cheap, I don't like how large it is. The HS810 sits nicely and comfortably in my pocket all day long, every day.

Hmm.

The HS820 is older than the HS810?

Good to know, even though it's counter-intuitive.

Is it worth it to pony up the extra dough for the HS850?

Sorry about the delayed response. Honestly, I've never seen or used the HS850 and I couldn't find it on Motorolas website. Have you found any technical specs on it?

The HS850 is an awesome headset and works beautifully with my mpx220. I have the y-adapter to charge them at the same time, although the hs850 hardly ever needs charging. I am so spoiled with it, I use it for ALL my calls. I have had it for about three weeks now and have only had to charge it twice. I normally talk approx 100 minutes daily. I would recommend it, it seems to have much better battery life compared to the hs810.

The Motorola HS850 is clearly the best choice for longest battery life, and best reception.

This will see kind of odd, but I like the Nokia HDW-3 Headset best. I find it fits on my ear better than the HS-850. It also comes with different size plastic things that go behind the ear. The Nokia is also Bluetooth 1.2 like the HS-850! Better sound quality and faster syncing with phone. But the HS-850 has that cool flip on flip off thing.
