Wi-Fi question

Wharfrat

I have T-Mobile and am thinking of getting a phone with Wi-Fi capability. Am I correct in thinking that this is cpability that does not require a data plan or use of my alloted minutes? I'll be able to use my home network or an open hotspot?

Thank you

I know with the new Blackberry Curve, you can set it up so whenever you enter a wi-fi hotspot, it will automatically connect to it and use that. But the phone is brand new and I dont know much more than that about the internet capabilites than that.

Get the Wing!! I'd recommend the MDA, but it's hard to find one, except for Ebay.
