you have to disable the TTY on the 700wx otherwise the voice quality/sound is really bad. Just go in your settings - phone and look around, it should be a scroll down menu somewhere where you can select "TTY off"
That should fix the problem cuz I've tested the handset with the option on and off and you can *really* see the difference.
