Hi guys,

the best thing to do is find a good wireless rep that knows about PDA's and smart phones. They will tell you what is the best for you. Then buy it from them do not go online or anywhere else because thats where you will have to go for help online or tech support. I sell for Verizon and any PDA's or smart phones I sell I do total support for. Even an hour long training if they want it. It may cost you more for the phone but the help you get from a good rep it will pay off.

Sadly, as a Verizon customer, I've noticed that many reps don't have a lot of PDA knowledge.
