Samsung i730 vs. Motorola Q

Im debating between these two Verizon smartphones. I've read countless reviews and forums but still can not decide. Im leaning (a very small amount) towards the i730 just because of the wifi and infrared. Then again, the terrible battery life of the i730 makes me lean towards the Q. Please let me know what your feelings are between these two phones.
Thanks

You gotta figure out what you want. The Q has camera/video, the i730 (as far as I've seen) does not. The Q is a Smartphone, the i730 is a PDA. Definitely utilise the 15 day guarantee.

The camera is not really a big deal to me. This may be a dumb question....is there a big difference between a smartphone vs. a pda/phone combo? (Q vs. i730)
thanks

one difference is that the i730 is a world phone..meaning that you can take it and use it to make and recieve calls while in other countries. Sprint i know requries you to add the international calling service for like 3-4 dollars a month i dont know if verizon does this or what the charge would be

sprint carries a version of the i730, and i like it, the phone and pda functions are awesome but the device is just so bulkly.
But also i am really partial to the Q bc i like the slim razr-like form and trackwheel control as apossed to touchscreen.

I have the Q, but if there were a version of the i730 w/ a camera, I'd be all over it.
