i have an mpx-200 thatn i use predominatly for email. however id like to know how to watch video on the phone. is tehre a specific way i have to save a file or save a file as something any help would be much appreciated

Sure, drag the video to the phone directory if its small enough, or if you have a SD card big enough to hold it, put the movie on there and start up windows media center on the phone, browse local content, if it doesnt show up there which it sometimes doesnt, goto File manager and browse for it, remember it must be a file extension Windows Media Player Recognizes!
