Last night I found out that WM5 is not compatible with Vista. Personally, I think that's BS, so does anyone know anything more on the topic, cause its been over two weeks since I last synced (I'm nervous about losing data) and cx's are asking?

I also posted this thread in the Data forum cause I'm desperate for answers.

From the PC, you need to go to Microsoft's site and search for and download Mobile Device Sensor 6. it should be free and is a small download. this should allow the PC to recognize the mobile device that is hooked up to it. For WM5 devices, Vista also needs a Mobile Device Center that can also be downloaded from Microsoft.com. This program is free and replaces ActiveSync 4.2. IF someone is hooking up any other device (such as a Blackberry) they will only need to download the Device sensor.

Matter of fact, just simply go to Windows Mobile website and look up troubleshooting with Vista. For you to be able to use your Windows Mobile-powered device, make sure you are using the Windows Mobile Device Center with Vista. I ain't f**kin' with Vista until all my devices are supported. Until then, G's up with XP Pro/SP2.
