Need help to unlock nokia 3650,my carrier tmoble can't do it,any advice.

Try www.unlock123.com I use this site to unlock my customers Nokia phones.

The 3650 is an odd monster. All of the AT&T versions of this phone, will not take the code that is generated. You may have to find someone to unlock it with a cable and software.

The easiest way is to call T-mo and they will send you the unlock code in the e-mail with instructions.
I have 3650 and I did that thru T-mo.
