Does anyone know how to send wav files to a cell phone ( Nokia 3650 ) to use them as ringtones?

The nokia 3650 has several ways of transfering data... you can send wav tones from a laptop computer using the Ir port and the tones will be recieved as a text message and then can be saved to the memory, a MMC card reader can also be used (~ $30) to transfer the wav tones directly onto the memory card in the correct folder: X:/Sounds/Digital, the tones can also be sent via e-mail and retrieved from the phone but this requires a pop3 e-mail account and the knowledge to set it up properly, a bluetooth adaptor (~ $40) can also be used to transfer in the same method as Ir port.
