cannot open the image folder in phone mem

i have a nokia 3660 phone. i have this strange problem i cannot open the images directory in my phone memory. i am unable to change my wallpaper. i can view the contents of the folder when the phone connected with my computer. Another problem is that i cannot delete a picture that i took earlier.What is the problem and how can i solve it please help

The issues you are having with your phone may be related to the amount of free memory you have in the phone. I know my N-Gage gets fussy and white-screens on me when I get down around only having 2 megs left free. I recommend that you get an MMC (if your phone supports it) and install any apps, MP3s, and images to the MMC. Then clean out the phone memory and free up as much as you can. Finally get FExplore from http://www.gosymbian.com and install that, to the phone if you can, but onto the MMC if you have to. Launch FExplore and choose Options | Tools | Compress Memory | OK.
