att update to 10.2
It seems the new blackberry OSupdate will never happen. Im so mad at AT&T for there lack of moving updates out. It seems they could care less about there customers and just continue to drag there feet. Whats the most irritating is there is NO communication from AT&T on the updates. So we wait. Im Sick of paying for service regarding updates that take forever. I guess its just not an iphone.

would you rather it cause major issues with the device or be tested and have all the bugs be worked out first?

Bugs have always been present even with a release. If your an android user it's very common. I do understand a certain amount of testing is need. But all said and done all major carriers have been notoriously slow for years updating even with bugs afterwards. NO one wants bugs but common how long should it take? I do believe it's entirely possible to have a good operating system bug free in less time to update
