e-mail with attachment won't send

I have a Cingular 8125 (HTC Wizard) which is configured to sync e-mail with a Microsoft Exchange server. Mail is sent correctly, and I am able to receive and forward e-mails with attachments. BUT, when I create an e-mail with attachment on my device, it won't sync. I receive a message saying to delete it from the Outbox and try again. Of course, this is unsuccessful.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Blackberry Connect Software for Pocket PC

Has any one installed used Blackberry Connect on Cingular's SX66 Pocket PC?
If yes, did the software provide exact corporate e-mail functionality like the blackberry?
Many thanks for your replies.

Someone help!

I have been with T-Mobile forever with my sidekick 2. Now I want a PDA that is faster when it comes to surfing the net. My question is: should i go with the Treo 650 or the new Sprint Pocket PC 6700? Which is better and is Spints internet as fast as Verizons? Verizon is expensive for me 45.00 a month to surf the net so Im looking into Sprint. Anything will be faster than T Mobile, right? Thanks....

SX66 Outlook email Help Please

I just purchased a Siemens SX66 and have discovered that I need to set up a pop3 email account on the phone in order to send and receive/forward (etc.) email. Is this correct? Does anybody know how to configure the Pocket Outlook on my phone to send/receive (etc.) because I am not able to and the manufacturer, Cingular, Siemens does not know how to?

Can any SX66 user use Outlook to send/receive? I am not using a work exchange server but a pop3 through Yahoo?

Help???

Contacts: exporting Followup Flag and Reminder Time

Hi, all,

Windows Mobile 5 ActiveSync, when synching MS Outlook (on the PC) contacts to Pocket Outlook contacts (on the phone) , does not synch the Contact fields "Followup Flag" and "Reminder Time".

(Yes, it does synch "Reminder Time" for Calendar events, but not for Contacts.)

Does anyone know what I can do/what I need to buy/ to get these fields in the Contact items on my phone?

thanks,
michelle

Seeking advise: MS Pocket 2003 v. Mobile 5

Greetings. I'm just new to this site and in quick search haven't seen this topic yet - but pls excuse the redundancy if its already there.

I have Samsung i730 using pocket 2003. Its pretty bad. Areas like bluetooth voice dialing (its way off!), it has tendancy to lock up, and some others. I'm wondering tho if prob is more w/ MS pocket OS. Best phone I've ever had was Motorola v710 for bluetooth operation, but I'm looking for a PDA phone. Am considering waiting for Moto Q, but lack confidence in MS's OS.

Any advice about systems using MS mobile 5 or Palm OS as it relates to PC connectivity, sync'ing, and bluetooth connection (esp using voice dialing)???

Thanks so much,

Locking Pocket PC Without Locking Phone

Is it possible to password lock a Pocket PC Phone without locking the Phone part of the phone? When I lock my phone I am only worried about my data and not my phone usage. If there is an emergency I do not want to worry about whether my phone is locked or not.

Advise needed for new phone.

I never owned a Pocket PC or SmartPhone before but with all these new units coming out I am very interested in one now.

I'm on Verizon now and was holding out for the Motorola Q but with all the delays I'm getting impatient. Plus I never heard any good stories about Motorola's implementation of the Windows OS. So I was thinking of getting a PPC because I like the larger screen and the touch screen. Didnt get a chance to play with the VX6700 but from the pics I've seen it looks rather bulky and downright ugly. I get a decent discount through my business with Cingular so I was thinking of switching and maybe going for the 8125 as it looked a bit more attractive.

Has anyone had any experience with both of these units and can recomme...

Samsung SCH-i730 vs Blackberry 7250

I am looking for a solution for my IT team. We have 4 people in need of accessing email at all times, 24-7.

I "feel" strongly towards a pocket pc solution with phone and mobile 5.0, but others are leaning towards the Blackberry...

I would like to have Verizon i730 MS Mobile as I like the ease of use as it has Outlook and pushes emails out as soon as they come in.

Can anyone give me their thoughts, experiences? Should I wait for more pocket pcs to be released with Mobile 5.0?

Thanks in advance. Chris H

I.E. PPC

I have read recently of a program that lets you tell Pocket PC Internet Explorer what version to report when you use it. Many banks want you to use IE6 and when I travel I sometimes need to access my bank accout. I cannot find where I read it.
Thanks
