I have a HTC MDA. I download the software and when i'm running it on my mobile, it saying something failed. When i look on the phone screen, it has a blue, gree and red shade on it.

Could someone walk me thru the steps plz?

Has anyone placed the HTC Tilt rom for WM 6.1 on their the HTC 8525, or is there a WM 6.1 version for HTC 8525. Just wondering if it works well and if its stable.

does anybody know the software of pdanet from www.junefabrics.com they say you dont even have to have a tethering plan with your provider.

my question is doesnt the provider know if you are tethering your phone?

😢 i know my phone is old but i'm using it in Jamaica now. I got it unlocked and it was running good until i selected storage reset and it reset everything on the phone to factory settings. Now i'm trying to set up the windows mobile on it and its giving me hell. the only thing i can do with the handset,is make and receive calls and also for sms.

Everything is disable until i get the windows thing setup. Is there a way i can go around that by running the programmes from the software cd unto the phone?

if so, i relly need a software cd. If any1 has the link for the HTC MDA software online, send me the link plz 🤭

Need a free battery indicator program for the htc 6800/mogul. I found one but it takes up a lot of room and has other indicators that I don't need on my screen like ram/system memory/etc... I know on youtube I have seen people get the one where its just a little tiny meter ontop of the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Hey all, I am trying to decide between phones at the moment. What exactly is the difference between these two platforms?

Can a user do everything with a smartphone that one can do with a pocket pc? Is the touchscreen the only difference, or do the pocket pc (professional) versions have extra capabilities or some kind of advantage?

I am going to be purchasing either the Verizon VX6800 or Samsung i760 this week and the folks at my local Verizon store are fairly clueless when it comes to what data plan I would need.

Here's what I want to do. I want to be able to stream Windows Media audio via Windows Media player from various online radio stations and various online audio feeds. I also want to be able to visit full version HTML websites - not just the clunky junky versions that web phones usually can view.

Would Verizon's "Mobile Web 2.0" suffice for these tasks? Or do I need to go to a PDA plan?

I'm hoping that the "Mobile Web 2.0" will handle what I want to do, as the wife, stepson and I are looking at doing a family plan.

i need to find the way to get it to play video from the web and weres the video program?

I have the htc p4000 with O/S Mobile 6. How do I delete the messages in delete box without having to delete each message individually. There is a tab to delete all however it is not highlighted therefore can not click on it.

Who has a phone made that company? What's your opinion of it?

I'm thinking about getting one of these phones to let me check e-mail, etc. From what I can tell, the HTC/Verizon VX6800 and Sprint Mogul are exactly the same phone. Is there any difference when used with one carrier or the other? Any reason to prefer one over the other (pricing aside, since my company is paying for it).

Also, I was looking at the HTC 5800 with Verizon. The demo in the store would only allow you to view Word, Excel docs, even though it has Windows Mobil 6. Was there something wrong with the demo phone, or can you not also edit these files on the 5800?

Any recommendations on the 5800 vs the 6800? When is one better than the other (I like the size of the 5800, but like the keyboard on the 6800 better.)

I currently own a mpx220. I purchased it when it first came out several years ago. Since then, I have been looking for a phone to update too. I have attempted to purchase the blackjack 1 and 2 phone, but I was forced to send them back because of active sync issues. Ideally I would like to get a windows mobile 6 phone, however I'm most impressed with the nokia 95. I purchase the first version of the 95, but sent that back when I discover it originally didnt work on our networks in 3g. Now I'm most impressed with the new nokia n96 I recently seen hit the news. But realisically it probably wont even hit the U.S. anytime soon. And when it does, its 3g feature wont work on our networks.

What do I do? Is there a new windows mobile 6 ph...
