Sprint Inks WiMax Roaming Deals

Sprint today announced that it has struck agreements with Jamaica's Digicel and Taiwan's Global Mobile that will allow Sprint's WiMax customers to roam onto the WiMax networks of Digicel and Global Mobile. Compatibility is limited to the USB Modem 250U by Sierra Wireless and the U600 USB Modem. Sprint says it will offer roaming WiMax via unlimited 24-hour day passes, but pricing has yet to be determined.
