The International Trade Commission has decided that it will investigate Apple's patent violation claims against Motorola. Apple filed the compliant on October 29, after Motorola filed a complaint against Apple on October 6. Apple alleges that Motorola is violating some of Apple's iPhone-related smartphone patents with its line of Android smartphones. Motorola already has pending litigation from Microsoft and Apple has pending litigation with HTC and Nokia. If the ITC finds in Apple's favor, it could block Motorola from importing offending handsets into the U.S.

I love how...

😉 I love the that the mere mention of anything apple brings out people's true colors. Everyone has picked a side. iPhone was a device that changed everything. Everybody had to play catch up with the innovations of its OS. I do belive that the Android platform is the only OS that can topple the iPhone. But honestly, with google licensing it out to junk cell phone makers like Kyocera, they are keeping themselves from evolving. Case in point the Kyocera Zio/M6000.
