AT&T Intros Refreshed Online Account Tools

AT&T today announced AT&T Smart Controls, a new web site to allow customers an easier way to manage their wireless, TV, internet and wireline accounts. The web site lets customers better manage content, such as blocking unwanted texts and phone calls. Customers can control spending and place limits on when handsets in a family plan can make/receive calls and messages. Customers can also view safety tips, and better make use of privacy safeguards. The web site is free to use.

of course! all web sites on internet are free to use! but if you want special contents, you have to pay! you have to pay ATT 4.99$ per month if you want to block unwanted texts and phone calls, control spending and place limits on handsets!
Agreed, They should go the way of Verizon and allow access of blocking number and setting restrictions on phones go to the customer. Make for a more stable bill and lowers call volumes on call center. Which Att pays for. Verizon allows for 10 blocked ...

its funny how big companys think sometimes. how hard really was it to say "lets let the people that keep us in business look n fix there accounts".
