Fox Mobile today launched a beta program for its upcoming Bitbop applcation and streaming video service. Like Hulu, Bitbop offers television shows from popular networks, including Fox, CBS, NBC and National Geographic. Unlike Hulu, Fox Mobile is launching the service on smartphones, starting with a select group of BlackBerry devices. Fox Mobile also plans to charge for content, and pegs the price at $10 monthly for full access to the content library. The service should work over Wi-Fi or 3G network connections. Any user can sign up for the beta program now, and if you don't have a BlackBerry device, Fox Mobile is also planning on launching apps for the iPhone and Android platforms.

Earth to Fox Mobile...

...Hulu is free.

Assuming you can view it on your smartphone, that is.
From my knowledge Hulu is unable to run any smartphone device at the time being. If I am wrong please correct me with a link providing your evidence.
