Samsung and Sprint today announced the m350 Seek, a sideways slider with full QWERTY keyboard for messaging and touch screen. The touch screen measures 2.6 inches and has 240 x 360 pixels. The Seek is being targeted at heavy users of social networks, and has Facebook and Twitter applications pre-loaded. Other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, support for microSD cards up to 32GB, media player, web browser and voice commands. Sprint and Samsung noted that they are trialling a new phone recycling program with the Seek. Those who purchase the Seek can use the Seek's box and an included mailer to return their old phone, battery, charger, cables, etc., to Sprint for recycling. Pricing and availability of the Seek wasn't disclosed.

I can Confirm

Here at Radioshack we have the phone in the dark blue color Free for new customers or add a line and sells for $29.99 for upgrade customers. it does NOT require a data plan. Which to me is kind of weird because the software looks exactly like the Instinct models before it and they did require a data plan. Available now.

Available Now!

This phone is available now on Sprint.com for $29.99 after $50MIR, I also know it is available in some RadioShack stores too... I don't think a data plan is required to get it, but since it is a Social Networking tool, I don't see why not you wouldn't get the data. Pretty sweet phone, got to see it before it was released!

Correct, it doesn't data. And I agree, why not get the data? It's as inexpensive as most carriers' talk + me...
