Documents on the FCC web site today revealed details about an unannounced HTC device. The device, which bears the model number PB99300, has dual-band CDMA EVDO and Bluetooth radios on board. The FCC documents don't confirm any other details. The Nexus One's model number is PB99100, which is very similar to this new device. It is possible that this new device is the CDMA version of the Nexus One, which is supposed to land at Verizon Wireless later this year.

CDMA Nexus One

It doesn't look as though anyone is thrilled that the CDMA Nexus One will be a reality soon.
Yeah, I was shocked to only see one entry in the forum.

Hopefully, it will be soon.

My niece posted to her facebook wall last night that she hated her Blackberry Storm (after 5 replacements believe it or not).

Sprint or Verizon

I have Sprint so I'd love it see it for Sprint, however in reality I'd LOVE IT if it came out for Verizon first, then all the bugs are tweaked out and then it becomes activated on Sprint 4G enabled; now that would be a great phone.
You'll get your wish. Sprint will get the Supersonic (a much better device in my opinion) and Verizon will get the Sexy Nexy.

They already got the Pre...

a vastly better phone, yet it hasn't done anything for sales.

The Verizon Nexus One will have to be bought under contract. Which means if you get tired of its janky virtual keyboard you'll get hammered with a $350.00 ETF>
you'll still be able to get it from Google.com/phone for no contract. And it will only be sold under contract by Google.
If it's anything like HTC Eris aka HTC Eris Droid, that on-screen keyboard is freaking awesome. You can type on it 2 ways: QWERTY and the old way where you press a number key x-number of times to get a specific letter.
