Zer01 Sued by Former Partner Global Verge

Zer01 Mobile has been sued by its former business partner, Global Verge, for $170,500. The lawsuit alleges that Global Verge gave Zer01 a loan of that amount during their (since dissolved) partnership when Zer01 indicated it was experiencing financial difficulties. The money was wired to a Zer01 shareholder who, like Zer01's and Global Verge's executives, has a criminal past. Zer01 Mobile and Global Verge have gone their separate ways since the partnership between them fell apart earlier this year. Global Verge has since commenced selling mobile services, but Zer01 has yet to officially launch its long-promised voice and data services.

Idiots!!

I had a guy about 7 months ago try and get me to join and start my own team. Five minutes on the internet and some common sense told me this whole thing was a scam.

Are people really that STUPID!!!

As far as the money goes; If thier incompetence leads them to throw money at a fraudulent company, then they dont deserve to get it back.

Neither party is responsible with that amount of money. Basic fact checking would've solved this whole mess to begin with, such as "And what nationwide 3G HSDPA network that doesn't exist do you plan to run this on?"

If Global Verge was dumb enough to give these guys $170,000.00, they're too dumb for the money period.
