Today Opera announced that it has given handset manufacturers and network operators the new cross-platform user interface framework for Opera Mobile 10. The main thrust of this tool is to let phone makers and sellers offer the same branded experience across their entire device portfolio. They'll be able to customize Opera 10 so that it looks the same and offers the same experience no matter what type of device is running the browse. The framework supports Android, Windows Mobile Symbian S60, BREW, Java, LiMO, Series 40 and other platforms. This release is for manufactures and operators only, which will then push down any changes directly to their customers.
