Today BitStream announced the availability of Bolt 1.6. The new version of this mobile browser offers a few updates over previous versions. The biggest change is that Bolt now offers full socket-based connectivity, which can increase page rendering speeds by as much as 15%. Bolt 1.6 also features a new password manager, allowing usernames and passwords to be saved by the browser for web site logins. Bolt 1.6 can now also be set as the default browser on BlackBerry devices, and it supports all the same shortcuts and optimizations that the native BlackBerry does. Bolt is based on Webkit, can stream video, and is available to a large number of mobile phones. Bolt 1.6 is a free download.

Video player still has issues

Sound/vid loses sync if the stream is interrupted and restarts. But better than not working at all.

It's a good browser otherwise, and others don't have a video player at all. If you don't like Opera Mini v5, Bolt is worth trying.
I have the Bolt Lite and Opera Mini 4 on my Nextel I880. Just put the new Lite on my phone. I like the Opera Mini 4 works better and faster on my phone.
