Klausner Sues Motorola, RIM Over Visual Voicemail Patents

Klausner Technologies has filed separate lawsuits against both Motorola and Research In Motion over what it believes are violations of its visual voicemail patents. According to Klausner, it already has patent licensing agreements with Motorola and RIM for many of their other devices. It does not, however, have agreements in place with respect to the new Motorola CLIQ and RIM 9700 Bold smartphones. Klausner did not specify if it is seeking any damages, and if so, how much.
