Sprint and Clearwire Launch WiMax in Austin and San Antonio
Today Sprint and Clearwire announced that their WiMax wireless network is now live in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas, markets. Customers there will be able to purchase dual-mode 3G/4G modems that can access both CDMA-EVDO and WiMax wireless broadband.
