Third is a new BlackBerry Theme Studio for the creation of themes for BlackBerry devices. RIM also introduced a new advertising services program, which will will offer wider developer access to advertising, payment, content push and location services. Developers will also gain the ability to embed features and functions within applications and ads, such as initiating a phone call from an ad, add a calendar entry or contact entry from an ad, and link to an application in BlackBerry App World from an ad. The new advertising services SDK will be available to developers in the first half of 2010.
