FCC Approves Low-End Samsung

The FCC recently approved a new Samsung handset that has basic features. The FCC confirms that the S3110L has GSM/EDGE 850/1900, Bluetooth and FM radios on board. Other features found on this monoblock device include a 1 megapixel camera, messaging and web browsing. No carriers have announced this device, and neither has Samsung.
