T-Mobile has decided to charge an extra fee for customers who wish to receive printed, paper bills. This new fee is for anyone wishing to receive a basic "summary" bill, and it will cost $1.50 per month. T-Mobile already charges customers who wish to see in-depth bills (which detail all calls, text messages, etc.) $1.99 per month. Now, customers who wish to receive a detailed, printed bill will be charged a total of $3.49 per month. T-Mobile customers may opt-out of receiving paper bills altogether to avoid the extra charges. T-Mobile plans to notify all customers of the upcoming change in their August bills, with the charge taking effect starting September 12.
