Today Boost Mobile announced that it will drop the bundled price for any UNLTD By Boost customer to match what it is offering on its iDEN network. Customers on the UNLTD $50 unlimited talk, $60 unlimited talk and text or $70 unlimited talk, text and web plans will all be automatically switched to the new $50 rate for unlimited taking, messaging and web use. The switch is available to customers in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. In addition to this price drop, Boost is also eliminating home calling areas, which means UNLTD customers can now roam across all of Sprint's CDMA network without paying roaming fees. Boost mobile noted that UNLTD customers will still have to pay taxes and fees on top of the $50 monthly charge.
