Ericsson Agrees to License Its LTE Tech

Today Ericsson announced it intent to license its Long Term Evolution cell phone technology to other companies interested in using it in their products. Ericsson didn't announced any companies licensing its patents in particular, but this opens the door for other companies to more easily obtain access to LTE technology. Ericsson also licenses its GSM and WCDMA technology patents.
