Google has added a new feature to its 411 information service. Now, when users call GOOG-411 (1-800-466-4411) for information about businesses, they can ask for "more details". Google will then supply the address and phone number of the business, and point users to the nearest street intersection or adjacent streets. For example, if you call to find the nearest diner, it will give you the address and tell you that it is close to Highway 1 and Route 2. Google offers the intersection information for most businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
