Speaking at a technology conference in New York City, AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega said that the company is considering options to offer a more competitive rate plan for iPhone users. He said, "Right now we continue to study what is the best thing that is available, not just from an iPhone point of view, but what you can do to stimulate additional demand."
