Sprint affiliate iPCS has been granted another victory in its lawsuit against Sprint Nextel. iPCS sued Sprint because it believes the partnership Sprint has with WiMax provider Clearwire violates an agreement that Sprint has with affiliates. iPCS is hoping to block Sprint from receiving any benefits from the partnership in areas where iPCS re-sells Sprint services unless those benefits are shared with affiliates.
