Today Nokia announced new handsets for its E series business-focused line. The E55 uses a SureType-style keyboard and Nokia says it is the world's thinnest smartphone. The E55 boasts a month of stand-by time. The E55 will be available this summer for 265 Euros. Nokia also announced the E75. This slider handset has a sideways-sliding QWERTY keyboard, and a standard phone dial pad. It will ship with the new Nokia Messaging software on board. Nokia said that both new E series phones will have the same quality build and materials seen on the E71. Nokia worked to reduce the number of clicks to reach applications, and both phones will be loaded with messaging features, and the work-life profile switching mode. The E75 will be shipping March for 375 Euros and it can be pro-ordered today.
