Today MetroPCS introduced a new way for subscribers to manage their accounts. Rather than speaking to a customer service representative, MetroPCS subscribers will be able to access all their account details, including the ability to check an account balance, pay bills, add money to Metro-Connect, switch rate plans and features, and modify myMetro settings automatically. Customers will still dial 611, but that will launch the free myMetro application rather than connect them to a customer service representative. Customers will still have the option of speaking to a person if myMetro isn't able to solve their problems.
