Verizon Wireless Announces Microsoft Search Deal

Verizon Wireless said it has reached an agreement to use Microsoft's mobile search services and will pre-load Microsoft's Live Search on all phones for the next five years. Verizon has been in talks with Microsoft for months to finalize the deal. Verizon had also been exploring options with Google. Live Search will allow Verizon Wireless subscribers to get news, traffic, movie times and shopping information on their phones.
