Documents appearing on the FCC site provide details for the Kyocera S1300, a tri-band 800/1700/1900MHz CDMA monoblock phone. The specs of the S1300 suggest that it is an entry-level device. It is limited to 1X data, but has aGPS and a speakerphone. It does not have a camera, but supports Web browsing, text messaging and voice commands. No carrier branding was seen on the FCC documents, but its radio configuration could earmark it for a carrier such as MetroPCS.

Wow

Wow!!! That sounds neat!! What year is this? 1992? I mean seriously? Even if it's free, who wants that? 🤣
wow indeed. specs are there for just an entry level device.

but as my experience tells me, i tell everyone who asks;
    stay away from Kyocera!
...
who would want it?

Prolly the same people who are clinging to their old brick phones because they hate flip phones with stuff on it they don't need.

People are picky.
