MediaFLO Looking to Expand Footprint and Channels

Qualcomm's MediaFLO division has extensive plans to increase the scale of its presence in the market and the services and number of channels it offers. It currently operates in 62 markets. Come February 2009, more spectrum will become available when the transition occurs for digital television, which will add another 46 markets to MediaFLO's footprint. MediaFLO is also working on temporary channels providing specific content around special events and even original programming.

Is Mobile TV really flying off?

I tried Mobile TV at AT&T. I can only CLIPS of TV shows, NOT entire episodes.

I'll NEVER pay for any kind of mobile TV for my phones. (not even a dollar)
Your prob thinking of AT&T Video. Like Verizons V Cast Video. Its only clips, but Verizons V Cast Video now has full shows and Live shows(sometimes).

I agree at this point of advancement. The TV really lacks on all carriers. Verizon's V-cast is a little better but an enormous amount of improvement is needed in this area for all carriers. I have it with Sprint but it comes with the Data package. But...
