HP Planning New Windows Mobile Smartphone

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that PC-maker HP is working on a new addition to its iPAQ line of Windows Mobile smartphones. The new device will run Windows Mobile 6.1 and will be launched in Europe some time in the next two months. It will also be sold at retail stores and marketed to consumers. More details were not provided.

Any users of the IPAQ?

Has anyone used their mobile devices and if so, how are they? I am not an HP/Compaq computer fan but must admit a mild attraction to this line of products. Can anyone give insight on this and availability? I am on the road a lot and the mogul works awesome as my side partner. Will this be better?
not likely, but compaq and HP really innovated the handheld pc market in the 90's. PDA's weren't much more than a Franklin planner on a digital screen until the pocket PC's came out with Windows CE.

The 6515 was cool because it had both an SD and Mini SD slot; but man, was it ever so slow! That, and it didn't have Pocket MSN (now known as Windows Live). The 6915 was cool, minus the lack of 3G and Windows Mobile 6. Let's not even talk about the go...
