Today Sprint unveiled a new program called Ready Now. With Ready Now, Sprint customers will be able to take their phones to Sprint-owned stores and receive in-depth training on how to use the phone's many features, including things such as setting up voicemail accounts, how to download rintones or set wallpapers, and more. Customers can choose what they learn, and can have a tutorial when they buy the phone, or set an appointment to come in and learn. The service is free.
