posted Oct 1, 2007, 11:28 AM

The case, expected after six mobile technology companies filed a complaint with the EU, will investigate Qualcomm's alleged unfair and abusive business practices. The complaint says that Qualcomm refused to share licensing terms of its mobile technology and has infringed on the EU's competition rules.
